They are the way to go if you need spacers, in my opinion. You can get them for about $80 a pair from http://www.metalaction.ca . They can do almost any thickness, and the spacer is both hubcentric and wheelcentric. Another place that does very high quality work, with super fast service, is http://www.wheeladapters.com . Almost twice the price, but sometimes worth it if you have found the perfect wheel and the only drawback is the offset.
