I have those exact wheels. They are 15lbs. I have a set of 17", and a set of 15". Interestingly the 15" weigh virtually the same as the 17". I had to use 12mm spacers to get offset correct for my 9000 (stock 6.5" width, ET27). I vaguely recall that the stock offset on my old NG900 was 39mm, presumably the 99 9-3 would be the same. In that case you might be able to get away with just hubcentric rings.
