I am "the girl" that has the scanwest tranny with the quaife LSD. Ive raced on it once or twice a week (almost every week) all summer. this includes a lot of drag and bracket racing alog with auto-x. I dont drive easy on my car and i wont pretend like i do. This transmission has held up awesome and if it would have developed problems by the end of the race season i would have not been suprised, but it hasnt had any issues at all. I will stand by the set-up i have for anyone who is looking to mod a 9000 aero and not go absolutely crazy on it. Once i blow this little box up im going to order the $5,000 quaife 6spd gearset and just use the f25 box and LSD and hope it does good as well. (shot piened and cryo treated and put together by scanwest of course) Soon i will be running a GT3071R and making a good amount of power to really put this box through its paces. If i ever do destroy this box (and i probably will knowing my driving habbits) i will let you all know how long it took me, and exactly what kind of driving i was doing when it shreds itself. =) If you want to see some details on my car you can do that at my cardomain page. Sorry for turning the saab link thread into a fighting match but i dont like people who talk about things they dont have experience with. Thanks.
