How do they look??? Sorry couldn't take a lot more out of the 3" since it's already been installed, however you could see clearly that the 3" DP would definitely flow more air than the 2.5"... Looks like it's 3.5" but really fabricated from 3" round pipe... On the other hand, my 2.5" flow looks very limited on the WG side, however it does have more backpressure especially for low-end pull when the turbo still sleep...
For the turbo lag problem, I don't know when this happenned but right now I could feel more & more pull at lower end. I've driven the car more than 700-800 miles after this 3"DP install.. Maybe the ECU adaptation? If it perform like this, i don't think i would need a remap software ... Really love the T5... ;-)
