I used the same oil temp gauge and sender(Just happened to fit into the intake by the head)The gauge does not say oil tiemp on mine so it works out. I think some do. Plus I didn't like it as a oil temp going into the bottom of the oil pan. It never read all that great. It was always really low. (meaning not reading right)
If I had the money I would go with a good A/F considering all the upgreades you have. Course once you have it all tuned it you won't need it as much. I have a volt meter but I don't use it. Maybe I'll put it in if I ever get another gauge, which will be a A/F!!
