The ICM was to blame. I did some reading and it seems there are two types of these things, one with and one without dwell control. I was simply firing an uncharged coil :). The EZK of course send out a 'no load' on its test pin, but everything else works fine.
I also presume, the if I load the Turbo BIN onto a N/A (saab 9000) ECU, it will have correct fueling, as well as a load signal? If not ill just use the Volvo AMM, 541 ECU and injectors/ballast.
i think its time to warm up my oscilloscope and chip burner. Its weird to me that the turbo ECU would not compute a load signal. How then would the fuel consumption gauge work on LH2.2 turbo 9000's? or maybe it doesnt even use this signal for that computation?
...educate me. Im very interested in this stuff now.
