Yes, I'm familiar with the 68332 and have opened a T5 to have a look and identified the 85256 (which I think is now superceded by the 85257). I haven't gone any further yet, other than to identify the pads for the BDM connector. I'm hoping to at the very least suck out the Flash contents of my '96 Aero ECU and my new aftermarket ECU as a backup before I start exploring more.
The T5 appears to contain the program code in Flash (no Saab-specific part numbers on the '332, so far as I can see). A memory map of the system would be interesting to see. I wouldn't be interested in changing the program code, but I assume it uses separately-stored parameters or maps to divorce development of a specific application from development of the algorithms. That's how I would do it, anyway...
