guys, let me clarify. The abbot kit is 800$US plus shipping, this group buy one is 395$ plusd a lot less shiping of 10 $ instead of 50. So, you are saving over 50% with the group buy. Granted, with abbot you are getting some bushings, etc. If you compare just the exact pieces, Abbot is going to cost you over 500$ with shipping included, something like 525$. So, you are still saving over 100$ US, that is greater than 20% in fact 24% or so.
Anyway, there is still room for those to get in. This piece is also stronger than the abbot one, the brace has less welds, as the cylindrical ends are machined from solid steel.
Guys, trust me if I could make them for 100$ I wouldn't be running a GB at 395$. Many of the factors that go into a project like this have been mentioned, engineering, setup charges, etc.
You will never see this product sell for this cheap again, so jump in while it lasts. For all the discussion about this thing, nobody has ever offered it as cheaply as this GB.
