here I have some injector duty cycle readings I took during testing before tha volvo ECU & AMM install on my SPG
one thing Id check is to see if the ground side of the injector is shorted to ground unplug the ECU & check for continuity to ground between injector ground @ inj plug & body or block?
anyway in my car
at idle I had my amm at about 2.6V orange wire @c AMM & inj dutycycle at like 2.5% roughly warm
2Krpm decelleratring I got 2.7V from the AMM orange wire 5% dutycycle at the injector
2KWOT I got like 4V & 22%
3Kdecell 3.0V & 7%
3KWOT 5.24V & 75%
& so on
I flow a bit more as my exhaust is bigger & so is my turbo & other intake related stuff but these are good base #s
you need to verify FP
& the only other things are mechanical probs like stuck injectors ( open) leaking FPR
mabey fuel getting sucked in through the fuel EVAP ( a stretch)
the other part being electrical like grounded driver circuit or AMM or CTS sensor input shorted to pos in harness causing false input to ECU causing high inj on time
thats about all I got for now
take care
