on power & ground testing I like to use live circuit voltage drop tests you can see o ohms in a circuit unloaded & still have a problem under a load
did you look at secondary ignition voltage?
Im telling you I got stumped by an S that seemed rich & it was ignition related
if you look at the wiring diagram you will see that the injector + comes from the same source as the coil (battery voltage) & infact is the same color & is not controlled by the ECU
if the + voltage is higher & that efected the injector delivery the ecu could compensate using o2 input & controlling on time
as for the voltage reading across the injector one could see a DC average voltage based on ground on time the more on time the higher the voltage reading would be across the 2 pinns
as far as the rest of it goes I wish I was there to help you mabey between the 2 of us we could figure it out
over the internet with no #s given to me its impossible for me to be of further help
