What's so special about my 2001 9-3 HOT?

Two weeks ago I bought a "stock" good condition 2001 9-3 SE HOT 5 SPD with 60,000 miles, off of lease in PA, from a local Saab dealership. Factory engine rating is 205 hp at 2.0 L.
I was planning to go straight to Stage3 but wanted to get a baseline first so this afternoon I took it first to a local Porshe shop for a dyno run (thanks Dave for recommending Protechnik) and after that I went to the speedway for some 1/4 mile runs.
The Results Are In:
Best Dyno: 222.9 HP at the wheels!
Best 1/4 Mile: 14.950 at 94.96 mph
Assuming a 15-20% driveline loss, that puts crank HP somewhere around 256.3 - 267.5!? That seems high for a chip upgrade...
Everything appears to be stock on the car, but that dosen't rule-out an ECU re-program... Or is it possible that I've found something special? Or, if it has been re-programmed, how can I determine how/what/who? And what steps to take from here for upgrades. Any ideas or comments appreciated. Maybe I can scratch the ECU upgrade off the list for now?
It would be a great help to see some other "stock" HP and 1/4 mile posts and other posts with modified ECU's. Thanks!
Email me if you'd like to see scans of the dyno and timeslips...I'm not making this up!
