HI, I HAVE A V4 96 SAME DRIVE TRAIN AS WE ALL KNOW AND i HAVE BEEN USING SYNS FOR YEARS. CORRENTLY I HAVE 20-50 AMS OIL IN THE ENGINE AND 70W AMS IN THE TRANS. SENCE I HAVE HAD THE CAR THE ENGINE ALWAYS HAD SYN IN OIL IN IT, BUT I DID HAVE THE OLD DINOSAUR FLUID IN THE TRANS TO BREAK IT IN AFTER IT WAS REBUILT. ONCE I CHANGED IT OVER TO SYN THE CAR SHIFTED MUCH SMOTHER.
