Thanks E! That was the additional color I needed to know. Did a combo of: breaking oil at the pin/mount interface, letting things sit with wedges pushing the engine forward for an hour, and the a combo of pulling forward on the engine, back on the car, while tapping firmly on the bolt inserted in the mount.
Now we’re we’re trying to fin the right angles to get the inner shafts disconnected. Our car seems to want the driver’s side done first but the book says to do the “right” side first (assume that means passenger side). We need an extra 1/4-1/2” to get it done. Might try jacking up the wheels, since the angle of the shaft is letting the top knob out but the bottom knob is still partly in the cup.
