me I use a blend of oil, it seams not to break down as fast as reg 10-30.and
it does not cost as much as full synthetic. also if your car was brought up
on minral type oils switching to a blend is the way to go. I can tell ya if
you have a few miles on the car flushing is OK but I dont reconmend every oil
change. as they say dont remove the build up thats what holding the engine
toghter LOL. as for changing them every 12 thou miles I say NO if turbo every
3-5 thou  and if not every 5-6 BUT this is only an estament I( dont know how
you drive, If ya drive hard  the lower it 1 thou or so.
