You are kidding, aren't you? (please say yes) Diluting your lubricating oil
by 20% with a solvent is close to one of the worst things I could possibly
think of doing.

I converted my Jetta over to synthetic when I bought it at 82k miles. I sold
the car 10 years and 80k miles later and neither leaked nor burned any oil.

There simply isn't any demonstrable need for what you suggest.

PS: AMSOIL isn't worth putting in your lawn mower, so any other garbage they
sell has got to be even more worthless (if that's possible).
