when technique & diligence is just as important, if not more so.
For the first big post-winter detail, wash car with Dawn to remove any wax. Then clay. Then rinse. Then polish. Then wax. Use separate microfibers to apply and remove the polish and wax. Then wash the car every other week or so using a carwash product, NOT Dawn.
Use any of the upper line Meguiars or Mothers products and you'll be way ahead of the game. Not vitally important which ones you use. If you can't be bothered, go to Griot's Garage and buy one of his kits. You'll overpay a bit but they will hold your hand and give advice.
