In the rear, after setting ride height and ensuring the bushings are sound, you can bring the camber into spec by installing shims between the hub and the control arms. In the front, my independent shop corrected the camber by grinding slightly on the struts' lower (?) mounting hole, allowing them to set the camber and then clamp with the full diameter bolt. I had given them a set of camber adjusting bolts, but with their reduced thread diameter the shop couldn't get enough clamping force to hold the alignment.
IF your Saab has the sport suspension, have the rear camber adjusted to match that of the standard suspension for better tire wear and no-worse handling properties.
