But chances are you will not influence the people here with time on thier hands who want to perpetuate this issue. It's a no win situation. Like Oil wars and What is really a Saab questions. Personally, I drive an Aero, but not strictly for the four cylider, but for some of the other design and cosmetic features that the Aero offers, like the body colored bumper estensions and side sills etc. Were those features availabe on the Arc, I could just as easilly be in that car. The V-6 is oe nice, and in my opinion, fuel efficient engine. The people here who continually bad mouth it for it's so called GM heritage are living in the past, because starting with the new 9-3, ALL Saab engines are GM engines.
Time for these holdouts to awaken and see that the auto landscape has changed, not just for Saab, but for almost every other company that mkes cars.
