that could use some improvements, some are minor but they do affect the overall package:
(1) Better design in storage spaces, Saab should look at various Japanese makes, in particular, Honda/Acura lines.
(2) Better cabin insulation, Saab engineers should go and drive the A6.
(3) Better leather in the seats, whatever happened to those leather used in the 900/9000 series ? The leather used in the newer Saabs deforms much more quickly which leads me to speculative on its durability.
(4) Could use a couple of air side curtains as in the new 9-3 for rear seat passengers.
If Saab could improve on these points and keep the price with incentives at the current level, and then market, market, market, the 9-5 can stay competitive.
