The wideband monitor will not change the settings of the injection system, just report the ratio of air to fuel.
If you think you have an AMM problem, you are probably correct. I've been sending my AMMs to a lab in Boulder, Colorado for testing. If it passes the acid test, then they send it back. If not, then count on $175 for the PC board rebuild and new wires for the system. They then test / calibrate for emissions or OE performance.
I'm wondering if your timing is off, or your vacuum retard is not functional. And those Magnecor wires have to go....use Bougicord wires and never look back.
If you want to ping me a PM through the board, I'll share the lab info with you. I have 6 of the LH2.2 005 AMMs I'm sending through the lab now to find out which ones pass the test, and which ones fail.
