Make a plate that is the size of the inlet gasket on the supply side of the turbo oil tube, with a couple holes for the bolts. This will seal off the oil from coming into the turbo. Rig up a clamp to stop the inducer or exducer from moving that locks it temporarily in place. You'll know pretty fast if the turbo is the culprit. Though it makes me cringe, I read about someone that put a screwdriver stem without the handle down into the outlet that contacted a blade to prevent it from rotating.
Are any of the tubes to the intercooler soaked with oil?
And, I forgot to mention that when you do a leakdown, make sure you put it in gear as it will steam engine the car forward or backwards. I took an old distributor cap, and cut the biggest windows I could through the sides so I could see when the particular cylinder was coming up on TDC. Best way is to have the valve cover off, but I was in a hurry, and you know the rest of that story . After getting used to the setup, we could do leakdown in a matter of about 5 minutes on all the cylinders while it was still hot.
