I'm having problems playing CD-Rs in the CD player in my '96. The player is the matching H/K single CD player with the 5 buttons in a cluster to the left of the display. The player definitely does'nt like 80 min. CD-Rs (distortion creeps in after the 3rd or 4th track that gets worse as the disk plays) and has trouble with some 74 min. CD-Rs as well (same distortion as with 80's). Some 74 min. CD-Rs will play fine to the end while others won't. The player is fine when playing back regular CDs.

Has any one else had problems like this?
