I could never get the engine driven pump to work well at my elevation of 7,000 feet, and an electric pump at the tank solved the issue. Your larger exhaust will lean out the mixture, and ethanol enhanced fuel is leaner too. Put CIS on it and go! Have you verified TDC on the flywheel?
