I don't think elevation plays a role here, as I do most of my driving at roughly sea level... Fuel pump is close to new.
Having the CO level set to factory specs (measured at exit) with the larger exhaust should compensate for the effects of said larger exhaust, shouldn't it? I've added about 10% enrichment to be on the safe side, but it does not appear to do the trick...
