That shouldn't be too hard, as the system is pretty simple. I think one of the things affecting getting a Lambda FD to work on a non-Lambda car is that the FD is not the only thing changed. Basically, everything else changes too. The warm-up regulator, the injectors also change, and if you notice, the metering plate has a narrower diameter, which would result in the plate rising higher than on the other.
You'd need an oxygen sensor, a manifold that can accept an oxygen sensor, the warm up regulator, the Lambda valve (usually found on the left inner fender), the fuel line assemblies (which may mean re-running the return line), and, of course, the Lambda ECU.
I'm not sure, though, I understand your mention about the fuel line "leaking". Where is the fuel coming out of? If it is at the fitting, you likely need a new line, or, perhaps some new washers for the banjo fittings.
Gary's advice was well said about reading the manual on the operation of the CIS FI system. It may be daunting at times, but it's really a quite simple system, with not a whole lot that can go wrong.
Good luck, and keep the 99s running!
