I've driven a 97 900s, a 2000 Viggen, and now drive a 97 9000 Aero. I have track time in the 900s on Limerock and at Putnam last summer in the Aero. I also drove an 9-5 Aero (slushbox!) on Limerock in 2000. I was totally unimpressed with the 9-5 at Limerock, but it was an automatic. I found both the ng900 and the 9000 to be balanced and predictable once you felt out the limits. Given that the 9000 is a limo of sorts it is heavy is the corners, but my guess is that that 9000 with a bit of perf mods is as good as the Aero. Wish Norm was around still. Theoretically the 9-5 should be better than the 9000, but I bet a head to head would show they are closer to equal. The '93 Aero is different enough from the 97 that it might make a difference.... good discussion nonetheless
