you admit that you were going faster than the guy ticketed you for. You complain that he was gruff? Why the hell wouldn't he be gruff - you were speeding - you were breaking the law! We all speed occasionally but the moral thing to do is to suck it up and pay the fine when you get caught - this is what "Give to Ceaser what is Ceaser's" really means.
