Drive the Taurus for half an hour on the highway.
I found it imprecise and somewhat tiring. We replaced
it with a Fusion, huge difference. Not that I didn't
drive one for 10 years to 150k miles until the transmission
gave out, probably partly due to poor maintenance habits
on my part (it was the only car for a lot of that time).
It does hold lots of stuff, or lots of people with the
third row seat (if you're ok with safety concerns. We didn't
use it on the highway). Reliability was ok given poor
posted by 207.192.1...
