I have similar issues with my 2008 Aero. About 10-20 minutes into most trips, I get the TCS/ESP failure message. Car starts and drives fine. Codes are:
ESP U2142 Yaw Rate Sensor Missing
ESP U2105 ECM Missing on Bus
ESP U2143 Steering Angle Sensor Missing
I've hooked up my Tech2 and saw that when the car is stationary, the yaw and steering angle sensors are outputting data. I've read somewhere that this indicative of a bad CIM, or at least the sensors inside, and thus a new CIM is needed.
I also have a nonfunctional cruise control (throwing code B3598 04) that is related to the CIM.
About 4,000 miles ago, I replaced the ECM and rebuilt the ABS module because of the no-start condition that the Aeros are sometimes afflicted by.
Anyway, all that said, I have no help...but maybe your solution would be the same for me, too.
