I had my car aligned on three occasions. The first around 80K miles, the second, around 110K miles and more recently at about 140K miles. Ride camber was a bit negative at 80K miles, and way out at 140K miles. A new lower control arm bushing and 9mm of shims corrected the the problem. But the ride height is still low.
It seems to me that as the car ages, the springs (if not replaced) will compress and ride height will be lost. Unless the problem is apparent from original delivery to the dealer, I find it hard to accept this is somehow a problem with transport, and not due to normal wear and tear.
Frankly, now that my camber is in spec, I don't care much about ride height. The car handles very nicely.
