I have been saying for a while that the car's GVWR is not accurate. The BB responds to that by saying it isn't a truck which is totally irrelevant to the GVWR being accurate. The system has a design defect which could be one or many parts. As a buyer the GVWR is assumed to be accurate so any problems that occur must therefore be due to a defect even if the design might work ok at some lesser GVWR. My experience is I have problems even at weights far less than the GVWR and that even moderate loads over time lead to problems.
