Aero getting High Beamed by other drivers

I'm slightly curious to know if perhaps I have some sort of strange luck or if this is a reoccurring thing with other Saab owners...I drive a '00 Aero and since I got it two years ago, I go through phases of being flashed, "high beamed," by cars coming the other direction. The strange thing is that I am not talking about one or two cars occasionally, this is 50-75% of cars coming the other direction flashing me. I make a point of not turning on my high beams just so I don't give myself the chance to forget to turn them off, and thought I might have a headlight out or something, but I checked and lights seem fine while standing in front of the car, so why does everybody flash me? Does anyone else with an Aero of similar vintage have this problem?
