house. When a place is neglected, you can get some nasty surprises. '50s house that is well built can make up for many of the problems. Just hope you have a solid roof and foundation. Love of nest building goes a long way toward a happy home. You have lots of skills and tools to aquire, and google goes a long way toward pointing the way.
Trailer hitch and roof rack were the first things I purchased for my new/used 9-5 wagon. I used the hitch today to haul a bunch of brush to the recycling center in my brother-in-law's utility trailer. I sail too and have a couple of small trailerable boats. When I don't want to bug the b-i-l I rent a trailer from U-Haul for $10/day. I can also hook up a couple of bike racks to the trailer hitch. Bought a Draw-tite class 2 which looks strong, and wasn't too hard to attach. Needed to make some adjustments, but it worked out.
Roof rack works for my canoe, lumber, and other long stuff. Bought that for $125 from on line source. I'm thinking I'm very versatile with my wagon, towing capability, and roof rack. Great car.
