Hi again Herb,

Another thing I just remembered. When I power up the car, I get the typical TEST BRAKE LIGHTS on the SID. When I press the brakes the message does not always immediately clear itself and say CHECK OK. However, I AM able to take the car out of park and drive off as normal, even with the CHECK BRAKE LIGHTS message still on the SID. It clears itself usually quite quickly, like within 10 seconds, and the windows etc will still be non-functional.

Normally, when I have occasionally blown a brake light fuse when using a trailer, I am not able to get the car out of park until I change the fuse and the message clears.

Thought I'd mention it.
