Ask them for a list of their approved body shops. Tow it to one of those you like best. That shop will estimate. Then they will negotiate that cost down. I would personally go over everything with the shop as owner’s eyes can be very keen. If they refuse to pay their own shop’s estimate, that is bad faith in most states so they will promptly pay that negotiated estimate. That at least gives you cash to fight them if the deal is still not fair. Having the wreck outside your house will not accomplish anything.
I wouldn’t let the car go anywhere without a cleared payment.
