Saab Cars USA must have made a bad job if they didn't find any other
phone. The mute signal is simply a wire that must be grounded. I have
a hard time believing that Nokia is the only one doing that on the
US market, especially since Ericsson has the HCA-10 Advanced Vehicle
Handsfree for online sale on their US web-site. The HCA-10 is the
handsfree that I use over here in Sweden and we use them for R320s,
T28s, and T28world. In the US the HCA-10 is used with T28z and T28
world. As Ericsson is one of the 15 most popular brands and they
sell a handsfreee unit that works, then your statement is clearly
wrong. The mute signal isn't so compilcated that you have to buy a
Nokia to make it work!
