What year and model do you have?
too much rear camber. First thing to do is check the ride height. If it is an Aero you want 610mm at the rear. Measure from the inner part of the fender to the lower part of the wheel where the tire begins. Look at he Saab workshop manual or WIS for all the specs.
It is very common for the rear springs to sag with time. You want to get the rear up to 610mm and then have an alignment done. 4 wheel alignment by a good shop.
as the springs sag and the rear goes down, you get more camber. Bushings also wear in the rear.
If the car has over 80,000 miles you may need to replace some rear bushings. the upper lateral arm rubber bushings wear out and give you more camber.
It is recommended to shim the rear springs, because the sag can be different from side to side, and new springs can sag a bit as well. Shimming means putting metal spacers that look like big washers under the rear springs at the bottom. Measure your ride height and decide how much sag you have and then add the right amount of shims to each side.
Seach eBay for shim kits. I think a search under Saab 9-5 suspension kit will do it.
I did mine on my 95 2001 Aero and then did a complete alignment and what a difference. Great handling and those tire wear problems are gone. A good alignment shop should be able to do all this if you don't want to attempt it.
