what are those? I wouldn't think we'd need a new bolt for the trailing arm bushing unless it was seized, right? I know the WIS calls for a new bolt for the shock bushing as I did those last year and bought new bolts but I dont think I really needed to. I saved the old ones in case of future need. The shock has to be unbolted to remove the arm but I was going to reuse my new shock bolts. do you think the AllData meant to renew the trailing arm bolt and/or the trailing arm bracket bolts? seems over kill for those but maybe the main bushing bolt? What made me even ask were those locking nuts on the stay hub bushings. that looked like something I could muck up! ha
so what do you think about the "Professional Parts Sweden" brand for the bushings? eEuro has the OEM stay hub bushings but not the trailing arm bushings.
I wish I had a complete set of additional trailing arms to get ready with new bushings then quickly swap out the arms like you! I am nervous about getting at least one side done in a busy weekend. I have never used my press before. I know I'll need to get sockets and other things to use as jigs to get the bushings pressed in/out. also hoping with all the weird angles on the stay hub bushings, I can get it in the press OK. think I'll need to heat up the arm any with a torch before trying to press old ones out? I'm looking forward to this job but I am always tight on time as this is my work car. no spare cars right now.
