Use powerflex poly trailing arm bushings. They are 2 piece so they go in very easily. There is no comparison with how they work in comparison to OE rubber ones. I am talking a huge improvement in rear suspension feel.
Powerflex has an on-line store....google it.
You can press the old ones out, or cut them out. See Platinoff post for this. You don't have to remove the arm from the car.
The other bushings are best done with a rose bush tool that is listed for the Open Vectra, Some on this list have bought one from the UK. I made my own with a Harbor Freight bushing tool
