I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this:
Are you sure the suspension is bottoming out, or are you hearing a lot of noise and interpreting it as bottoming? I have replaced almost everything in my suspension, but I did it in bits and pieces as funds permitted...
...Almost all the noise from my suspension went away when I replaced the front swaybar endlinks, this is a big known issue with the 9-5 and most people replace with Moog endlinks instead of OEM. Endlinks are cheap. The rest of the noise went away when I did my front subframe rear bushings (there are 6 total, but the rear-most 2 are usually the only ones that wear out).
I agree with everything else posted in this thread- your rear shocks are most likely worn out, and the outer lateral bushings in the rear are probably toast too, might as well replace the trailing arm bushing while in there. Keep the springs you have, correct the rear ride height to spec with spacers, and get an alignment by someone that knows how to adjust the rear toe on the 9-5.
