They will have/should have forms for owners to submit claims for work performed not at an official warranty center, but which would be covered by warranty normally. This is common for all auto manufacturers
You will likely need copies of the original Service Orders detailing all work performed, parts installed, and labor charged.
You will likely need proof of payment, cancelled checks or credit card statements.
At one time GM even required proof of vehicle registration at time work was performed for such claims!
If you are initially denied, submit again. Although it is possible there is specific wording in the warranty agreement between Saab Parts North America and GM excluding coverage. Make them prove this to you if that is their story.
