Does WD-40 or other/better lubricant help? Mine seems stuck open. If I could get that hard nylon line off, I could perhaps better clean and lubricate from the front/other side versus being limited to just the back.
Have you taken apart any of these? As far as I can tell, there are at least two styles. I'm not sure what is inside the 02+ 9-5 valve.
Style 1 | Bosch 0280146302: http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=31691
Style 2 | Bosch 0280146300: http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=54172
Some Porsche owners have used the 0280146308 versus their OEM 323. I can't find anyone's attempts at substitutes with a 9-5.
I'm wondering if for various models where the inner mechanics are of the same style, Bosch uses identical pins with different plastic covers for the OEM connectors. If so, the 9-5 connector side portion of the valve could be resealed to another new valve. I'd just have to figure out which guts are compatible. The 9-5 connector is shown in the photo.
