At 145K miles, the rear bushings on the front subframe are shot for sure. Saab switched to bushings with large voids in them in 2002 so that the subframe could shear off in a crash, and they fail around 100,000 miles. You can put a pry bar on the subframe and see if you can get it to move. Eeuroparts mounted a GoPro, aimed at the subframe, and drove it around. It's pretty shocking how much the subframe moves when the bushings are gone. Here's another video that shows how the subframe can move with the steering at full lock, and also shifting from reverse to drive.
