Glad to hear that you found that noisy little creature ;)
If it's Sanden PXV16 compressor (check the label) then the bearing should be 35x52x20mm - but like always it's better to measure it (it could be done on removed pulley). This bearing is nonstandard and it's sold as proprietary for A/C compressors.
You will have to remove the pulley from the compressor, what could be done on a car. First you will need something to keep the small pulley from spinning and unscrew the nut/bolt (depends on compressor type). Do not loose small washers located under small pulley - they keep the distance from small to big pulley in this clutch. Then you will need circlip pliers to remove the big pulley. To press out the bearing you will need proper sleeves and a screw or a press. Hammer will not work. During pressing out, the pulley has to be supported by internal part where the bearing sits, otherwise you will bend it (it's aluminum). Pressing in is much easier, as you can heat up the aluminum pulley in an oven to typical engine operating temp and slide the bearing in without any effort. Then you will have to recreate the small pressings around to keep the bearing in.
If you do not want to play with bearing yourself then you can simply bring your pulley together with new bearing to the A/C shop - they will replace it for a few bucks.
To prevent seizing lubricate all mating surfaces with homeopathic quantities of an assembly paste like Molykote G-N. Do not use cooper grease (aluminum is here).
During assembly it's a good idea (=you have to) to check the clutch play - it should be 0.5±0.2mm. You can measure it with bend feeler gauge or plates. The clutch must spin without any friction between pulleys. Distance over specified range will cause the clutch to overheat by keeping it partially engaged (play too small) or slipping (play too big). Usually two original washers are fine.
