New car purchase

Well I'm about to take the plunge after 12 wonderful and reliable years in
an acura integra, except for yesterday's total brake failure and near see you in heaven experience. Anyway, I am considering the following vehicles:
2001 bmw 325i (4 dr, sport and premium package, cd, non-leather)
2002 acura TL S-Type ( not sure if I can wait until april)
2002 audi a4 ( most likely will not wait until fall)
2000 saab aero with all the toys except ven seats
Prices: bmw $31,000 includes an additional year of scheduled maintenance
acura tl I guess it will sell at MSRP so about $32,000
audi a4 I guess about $35,000
aero dealer will let it go for $36,000 since it has been sitting on his lot for awhile now - it has less than 1,000 miles on it
I love the way the bimmer handles and its price is right, however, with two small kids that are growing and becoming more and more active each day, I wonder if the volume capacity will suffice.
Acura TL S-Type, well what can I say. My integra has been exceptionally reliable, err well almost, plus the regular TL is pretty decent too.
I love the current A4 so I think the new one will be even better.
Aero is an incredible car. Actually, I'm driving the one the dealer is trying to sell. Wife and kids love it as I drove them to school. But I worry about Saab's reliability.
I intend to keep the car for the long haul maybe not 12 years but at least
for 8 years.
Would appreciate your comments.
Thanks
