hancox... nope, it was Robert Motorcars (it wasn't all that local but they were the closest ones with a mt Aero). And I don't hold him resposible since it wasn't leaking when I bought it.

Anyway, the thing about the car wash may seem petty but to me, it indicates a certain level of customer service and it's something that the last two dealers I've dealt with (Acura + Land Rover) have provided. If they had actually fixed my car properly and in a timely fashion, I would probably not be so sensitive but there's not much positive I can say about this experience.

My last car was an Acura and I took it to the same dealer for servicing for about eight years. In all that time, they always did an excellent job of fixing the car (never had to bring it back for a re-do), were always friendly and polite, always provided a loaner car, and always washed my car. I guess they were an oddity and I should lower my expectations a few notches...
