Where are you located? If you're near San Jose, the SJPD is having an event next weekend at which they'll check your seat for you. You do need to make an appointment. Reply if you'd like me to dig out the phone number.

Mike also has an angle adjustment, but the range was not enough. Once I tightened the seatbelt, the back of the base was pushed pretty far down.
