Well, look at photo #101. The tube by the big yellow wire at the top of the photo is a brake line. It needs to be taken care of while you're in there. I fixed a '90 convertible by cutting out an 18" section, and replacing it with a brake line and a couple fittings from NAPA.
If you can shove a screwdriver thru the main rust spot, the metal needs to be replaced, not treated. If it's surface rust, then POR-15, after Marine Clean and Metal Ready might be the answer. The pad on the floor can be replaced with sound deadener (peel-n-stick) from the Bay. The 3/8" pad can be replaced with a used part from a site sponsor. The hole in the carpet is a problem. I think I'd be tempted to cut a large piece from under the rear seat, and have an upholstery shop trim the hole and sew the good piece onto the back of the carpet. Then I'd put some decent floormats in it. Just my $ .02 worth, and I expect others might offer more suggestions. Or, new parts and used parts across the board. Good luck, Vern
