As far as leaking dizzy, it could be one of two things - either the outer rubber seal or the inner seal. Both are cheap parts - so that is correct. However, both require removing the dizzy and retiming the engine which is not hard on your own, but a shop will charge probably $50 give or take. The internal oil seal has always been the problem that I have seen. This requires full disassembly of the dizzy and is a bummer of a job. You will know that it needs it if there is oil inside the distributor cap. It comes all the way through. I've never found a shop who knew how to do this, but I have done it myself a couple of times.
Keyless power lock module is probably just plug and play - if you can find it. Not sure if he is talking about one of the actuators which is inside each door, or the central module which I believe is under the dash kick panel (I could be wrong about that). Either way, it is just the disassembly that would be annoying but not impossible.
Not sure about the broken frame - I know mine has lost a joint nut once or twice and was easy to repair. You just have to make sure that you don't send a frame arm through your top if it's disjointed. If the frame is actually broken, kinda makes you wonder what made it that way. You would not want to replace your convertible top frame.
Either way, It doesn't sound like impossible tasks. But definitely more than just a $5 job if you are planning on taking it to a shop to repair.
