I am in the greater Metro Atlanta area (all 3.5 million of us), not VA.
So you believe the USA did land on the moon? What happened to the Europa conspiracy theory, area 51, night shots in the Nevada desert, "almost visible" wires hooked to those phony astronauts to float them in the air? Did someone's super telescope see our old space junk on the Lunar surface? :-)
OK, back to the point. I will be resurfacing the rear rotors to remove that variable. With exact same finish, same NEW rebuilt calipers, same exact pads, IF we have the same pressure to the caliper piston, then we must have the same torque being applied to the wheel to decelerate the mass. I have the same exact TOYO Versado tires (actually made at my company) with same condition/age on both rears. The hydraulic pressure will tell the tale, via the gage kit.
Believe me, if after all this work, I have the same exact LR locking condition, I'll unplug the ABS ECU as you suggest (sanity check) to ensure the system is not causing the rear to lock up. I can't imagine how this problem is not a local hardware issue in the rear, but the last puzzle piece will be the confirmation of brake DOT4 fluid pressure at each caliper.
I must say, after this rear suspension disassembly & inspection, I'm not at all impressed with the C900 rear suspension! LCA's are borderline flimsy, shock mounting is atrocious!
Thanks for the comments, you've been extremely helpful from way over there in Mordor.
